Xpoda General Settings

Click on the settings button at the top right of the Xpoda Client admin panel screen.

Service and Authentication

-Client Url: Xpoda Client url is written.

-Report Sql User/Password: The username and password you created in Sql are written.

-Xpoda Merkez Servis Adres: This field is left blank.

-LDAP Url: If you want to manage client users with Active Directory, enter LDAP Url in this field.

-Asistanı Başlat: If Xpoda Assistant will be used, it is marked.

Mail Settings

-Mail: The e-mail address to be used is written.

-Mail Host: The e-mail host address to be used is written.

-Mail Username: Mail username is written.

-Mail Display Name: The name displayed in the Mail is written.

-Mail Port: Mail port is written.

-Mail Password: Write the e-mail password.

-Use SSL: If SLL is present, the box is checked.

SMS Configuration

-SMS Service Provider

-SMS Header

-SMS User/Password

Client tab settings;

-Service Url: Xpoda Client url is written.

-Client Path: The file path of the Xpoda Client folder is written.

-Service Path: The file path of the Xpoda Service folder is written.

-SSL Required: If SSL is installed on the IIS server for the Xpoda client, the box is checked.

-Use Captcha Login: If you want to log in with Captcha every time you log in on the Xpoda Client screen, check the box.

-Enable Active: If you want the chat screen to be active on the client screen, check the box.

-Report File Storage: It can be chosen to save the output designs as files or to the database.

* When the file system option is selected, the output designs are saved in the Xpoda Client\Uploads\ReportFiles folder on the server where Xpoda is installed.

* When the Database option is selected, output designs are saved in the XPODA_REPORT_FILES table in the XPODA database.

This data in the Xpoda Client admin panel is saved in the XPODA_GENERAL_SETTINGS table in the XPODA database in SQL. Changes can also be made through this table.
