Create New Revision

It is an operation that enables recording with a new revision belonging to the same document serial and order. For example; It ensures that - No. A-1 offers first, second revisions are followed without changing serial and order.

Properties

Description: A description of the action is written.

Heading: Specifies the name in the action list when added as a Form Action.

Value Area: The field to be revised is selected in the form.

Run Condition: If the value in the query entered in this field is ‘0′, the corresponding action will not run.

Request Confirmation: Select whether to ask for confirmation before running the action. If Request Confirmation is activated, the Confirmation Message feature is turned on and the message that will be displayed when requesting confirmation is written.

Example Used

For instance; you have a form as below. there is a button for this operation.

This button has a Create new revision operation as below.

When the button is clicked, the recorded data is revised as the next number.

Client views on screen

When the button is clicked, the message seems on the Client's view because of the operation.
