Previous Record

The previous document record will be listed with this operation. The form of data changes from the relevant record to the previous record.

Previous Record operation at the Property Panel

Properties

Description: A description of the action is written.

Heading: When added as a Form Action, specifies its name in the action list.

Run Condition: If the value in the query entered in this field is “0”, the corresponding action will not run.

Request Confirmation: Select if the request confirmation will be used before running the action. If Request Confirmation is activated, the Confirmation Message feature is turned on and the message that will be displayed when requesting confirmation is written.

Example Used

For example; If Before property of the Property Panel in a form is chosen as “No”, Before(CTRL+F) button at the bottom right of the client screen will not be visible.

The following button will not be in the form.

If this operation is desired to be created in a button, the following properties are created in the button as Previous Record operation and When clicked event.

When the button is clicked, it will go to the previous record in the Client screen.

If you are in the first record, it gives the following warning as “First Document Registration”.
