This control sends a task for chosen users.

Remarks

This control has two Connection at end of this step.

One of these is When the operation is completed as the resource result. After the connection, when a document is created, the next step is specified with any flow control. For example; Send e-mail flow control can be used.

The other one is When rejected as the resource result. For instance; after this connection, when a document is rejected, the next step is specified as End flow control.

Properties

Text: The text that appears on the screen is written here.

Document: The form is selected from the form list.

Description: The information to be sent is written. Current data can be selected with $P

Mapping: This is the section where connection settings are made between task form and flow form.

Subject: The main topic is written.

Existing Document: This is the section that specifies that the form to be submitted for the task will be the flow form.

Confirmation After Recording: This is the section where the flow is continued after the task form is saved by the user for approval.

Send Task Mail: It is the section where the task form is sent or not with the mail.

Make Mobile Notification: Mobile notification can be turned on and off.

Make Sms Notification: SMS notification can be turned on and off.

Notification Message: The content of the information to be made is determined.

Re-Notification Tap (Min.): If no action is taken on the task form, the number of minutes after which the information will be re-notify is entered.

Number of Information: The number to be notified is entered.

Routing to the following user when the number of informations is exceeded: When the number entered in the notification number is exceeded, it redirects the task form to the selected users.

User Actions: It is the section where the users to whom the approval will be sent.

E-Mail Content: Mail content is written.

Example Used

For example; Send Task Mail property of Task Form control is chosen as Yes, thus the approval mail is sent for the task.  After it is approved, the information mail is sent. If it is rejected, the flow ends.

This control makes a task sends mail or notification in the client to users according to Find User control if Send Task Mail property is chosen as “Yes”.

This control is the developed version of the Send e-mail control. Mapping operation can be done.
