Release Notes

Critical and important security updates have been implemented in Xpoda Service and Xpoda Client to enhance overall system security.

The Update Line From List action has been optimized.After processing, subtotals are now refreshed instantly. This eliminates the need for an additional manual refresh following list updates. Improvements have been made regarding the use of the dot (.) character in List Tool column headers.Columns will now retrieve data correctly provided that:

The dot character is not placed at the beginning or end of the column header text. It is used only within the text (in the middle).

Improvements have been made to case sensitivity in the Search field of the List Tool. With enhancements to the Search in List action, the list now refreshes automatically after a search operation. In the List Tool’s cell editing functionality, navigation using keyboard arrow keys is now supported.

Numeric values are now displayed along with descriptive labels in charts. Previously, only label descriptions were shown.

An issue caused by special characters such as _ in QR barcode outputs has been resolved.

By enabling byte mode during QR Code generation, characters such as _ and - are now fully supported.

This ensures that QR operations involving stock codes or other data containing special characters can be processed without errors.

An issue has been resolved in the Form Tool where, when using a SQL query, only latitude and longitude values were displayed, while all marker and text fields were correctly shown when using constant values.

Now, in scenarios where location data is retrieved via SQL query, all related fields are displayed correctly.

With version 4.1.3, the issue preventing the signature component from functioning on mobile devices has been fixed.

The signature feature is now fully operational on mobile devices.

The API Engine feature can now be executed using the update value action in all tools where the update value operation can be performed, such as ComboBox, Text Box, Graph, Dropdown List, etc.

In the API Engine process, multiple parameters can now be retrieved from the Parameter Query field within the action and sent as parameters to the CHILDDATASOURCE field in the API Request definition screen.

To perform operations with Netsis and SAP API services, the token and parameters have been added to the Xpoda API Request screen.

Operation with the API Engine Assistant has been enabled.

Development has been carried out to dynamically retrieve the design name with $P in the print action. (SELECT $PDesignName$)

A dropdown feature has been added to the list tool. This allows selections to be made using a dropdown within the cells of the list tool.

A right panel feature has been added to the user menu. This allows different menu screens to be opened while on the client screen.

In the list tool, a column name with a space in it was being taken without the space; with the new arrangement, the column name is taken in the same way.

Note: In the List tool, field names retrieved from the query using the $P expression were written consecutively before version 4.1.3. However, starting with version 4.1.3, they must be written exactly as defined in the SQL query alias.

Therefore, it is important to adjust domain names after the version update so that they are compatible with the alias used in the SQL query.

The progress bar, circular progress bar, and rating tools now work within the template in the Kanban tool.

The Update Row in List action was not working with version 4.0, but the issue has been resolved.

The Radio Group Button tool now performs the selected value action using the update value action.

The issue with Turkish characters in files saved in PDF format using Action has been resolved.

When defining API Request Details and Authentication parameters, pressing Enter caused an issue with saving to the table. A 'Save' button added to the top right corner of the screen now ensures that all defined parameters are saved.

When using the Linked List feature in the Button Group tool, the buttons were not visible in the List tool; this issue has been resolved.

The ability to display different design files using the case when statement in the Print action has been enabled.

When the Auto Extension feature was enabled in the List tool, it was not dragging the tools under the List tool downwards; the issue has been resolved.

When special characters were used in list tool column headers, data would not load into the list tool. This issue has been resolved.

When the view saving process was performed for all users in the list tool, records were stored in the XPODA_VIEWS table. However, when the Save View operation was performed for the active user, issues arose during version transitions because the view was stored in cookies. With the new update, the active user's views are now also stored in the XPODA_VIEWS table. This prevents list tool views from being corrupted during version transitions.

Note: The above process will be active after the next version upgrade.

The problem of Groupbox tools in the Client view where the header area was displayed in half size has been fixed..

The display of the description written in the Description field in the Cannot Be Empty action has been improved on the Client screen.

The incorrect display problem in the preview status of the output designs of the Rich Text tool has been fixed.

The script was edited in the document to prevent the HTML tags in Rich Text from appearing.

It is a form tool used to create a tab within a form and to run other forms connected to this form within a form. With this tool, other forms connected to the form can be displayed on the same page.

You can change your Studio user password by clicking the "Change Password" button.

Added screen where you can view your Xpoda Academy certificates and main company information.

You must connect your academy account to view your certificates.

In Studio form authorizations, users to be authorized were previously selected from a list. This was a problem in companies with many users and group-based authorization. Authorization with SQL query was added in this area.

Although the language setting was changed on the client screen, the language was not changing on the buttons added to the list component. This problem has been fixed with this version.

While mail sending with "Send Mail" action, an error record of ".repx File not found" was being written to the XPODA_ERROR_LOGS table. This problem has been fixed with this version.

List queries are now no longer visible in the F12 elements tab.

It is now possible to make the fields within the grid active/passive or show/hide depending on the status of the document in the flow or the active user.

In this version, it is possible to create dynamic queries with $P in drop-down box queries within the Grid.

When Xpoda Client web design was used as an intranet, an "incorrect password" warning was received when logging in with the Xpoda Lite mobile application. This problem has been fixed with this version.

On Focus and On Blur actions added to the dropdown box tool in the Xpoda Lite mobile application were not working. This issue has been fixed with this version.

When Xpoda Lite application is accessed from an iOS device, the list and button elements overlap, and the page opened in an Open Form action opened with New Tab does not work properly. This version has fixed the problem.

If the client user password contained a "+" character, it was not possible to log in to the Xpoda Lite mobile application. This problem has been fixed with this version.

When we clicked on Open Form Linked actions, a popup would open but would jump to the top of the page in the background. This version has fixed the problem.

In the Xpoda Lite mobile application, the "show and download" feature in the list component, the print action and the download action in the add file component were not working. This version has fixed the problem.

When the search action is given in the list, text expressions can be searched, but when searching for numeric values, a correct search could not be made. The list could not filter as it should. This problem has been fixed with this version.

The F10 icon was only visible in the textbox added to the open form-list action. This icon was not visible in other open form actions, but it worked with the F10 key on the keyboard. This icon was made to appear in the textbox when the keyboard input f10 was selected in all open form actions.

In Xpoda Studio query wizard, comment characters ( - / * ) used in queries were causing the query to work incorrectly. This issue has been fixed with this version.

While coloring in the list component, coloring was not working when there was a number in the field name. This problem has been fixed with this version.

When the print action was used with the preview feature turned off, an error was occured. This problem has been fixed with this version.

Modules with the same name could not be distinguished in the "Module" field in Open Form actions. With this version, IDs were added next to the modules.

When print designs were opened with the print action, the browser URL could be very long depending on the length of the data in the print. This caused a 414 error in response. This problem has been fixed with this version.

After filtering the buttons added to the list, there was an incorrect passive states for buttons filtered and the open form list action was not working when the button was opened from the menu in the list. This problem has been fixed with this version.

When the Open Form - Detail action is opened in New Tab, Same Tab and Right Panel, the detail information is not displayed. It is displayed only in New Window. This version has fixed the problem.

The "Files cannot be added" and "File cannot be deleted" actions were not working when added to the Add File tool. The issue has been fixed.

When filling in the UserTableID and FormTypeID fields in the Open Detail action, if there was a space next to them, the action was not working. If there was a space, an error was given during convert int. The problem has been fixed.

When more than one total condition was added to the Sub Total field of the list opened with Open Form List, instead of doing all the totals, it was doing only one. When more than one condition was added, the Text field was not visible and only the total of the first one was shown in the subtotal. The problem has been fixed.

After copying the project via Xpoda Studio, the project directions in the actions of the original project were changed to Project_Copy and an object object error was received. The problem has been fixed.

When any line in the Treelist tool was processed with the Remove line action, two lines were deleted. This problem has been fixed with this version.

When a value was wanted to be taken from the dropdown box without making a selection, the data was coming as $PFieldName. The $P usage was arranged to show an empty value when the dropdown content is empty.

When the graphic form tool was dragged to the form or deleted from the form, the cursor on the row was disappearing. The problem has been fixed.

When the list on the 2nd tab was updated according to the value selected from the tab, the list on the 2nd tab would appear and disappear momentarily under the form on the 1st tab. The problem has been fixed.

When the "Save" button among the ready buttons in the form properties was closed, the "Load CSV Data" ready button was not working either. The problem has been fixed.

The html button of the rich text tool in Studio was not available in the Client view. The html button was added.

In forms opened from the menu, if there was an open form mapping (mapping from a field in the list) in the button in the list, it would give an error. The page had to be refreshed to avoid giving an error. This version has fixed the problem.

The type of files added by e-mail listening via the assistant was recorded as the file name. For example, the test.pdf file attachment was recorded as test.test in the database. This version fixed the problem.

When users with admin authority logged in, the projectlist and userlist dropdown contents were completely taken while the admin panel (home/index) was loaded and it was affecting performance and memory usage. When there were a high number of users, it was consuming a lot of memory, which was a problem especially in mobile use.

With this version, the dropdown box where Client users were selected was removed and the autocomplete feature was used to select users.

Show Flow displays the flow chart to users by taking FlowID from the list and UserTableID, ProjectID, FormTypeID from the relevant form. Here, when there is more than one form report display status, projectID and FormTypeIDs had to be taken for each form with union all.

In order to save users from this query confusion, the list was arranged so that only FlowID would be sufficient.

Although the Add file form tool was deactivated, saved files could be deleted with the "X" button on the tool. This problem has been fixed with this version.

The "Get Location" action in the Xpoda Lite mobile application was giving an error on Android versions.

In the mobile application, errors were received in the permissions given such as camera, location, adding files.

The problems have been fixed with this version.

Xpoda Lite application has been added to Google Play.

When the pages opened with the Open Form action were refreshed, the user menu and form title disappeared. Save, delete, update, start flow actions were not working.

The problems have been fixed with this version.

After selecting and saving the form tools in Fields within the action added in Xpoda Studio, the selected fields were not visible when the action was reopened. To update the action, it was necessary to re-select the same areas every time it was opened.

When the background color and font size were selected in the Type field, the visible color and size options were not lost when another type was selected.

The problems have been fixed with this version.

If there was a Picture List tool in the form, Open Form actions gave errors. The bug has been fixed with this version.

While designing in Freeform, form tools could be accidentally shifted.

With this version, two options, "lock" and "unlock", have been added when tools are selected on the Freeform design screen and right-clicked. Dragging feature is disabled when Lock is selected.

A new action has been added that will run JavaScript developed with Custom JS or written into the action.

With this version, a visual arrangement was made to indicate which menu users are in when they make a selection from the menus.

When the screenshot action was run, only the visible areas of the form were screenshotted.

With this version, the "Full Page" feature was added to the action. All fields on the page can be displayed in the screenshot file.

Dropdown box height adjustment only increased the size of the selected record as you made a selection in multiple selection. The height and width feature was turned off in Studio.

When the Cannot be empty action was used, the system automatically gave the warning message "please fill in the required fields".

With this version, in addition to the warning message, the warning added to the action description section is now displayed under the form tool.

For security reasons, the "Mail User Password" view is encrypted.

The tab order values ​​of the buttons were automatically set to -1 and it was not possible to switch the buttons to the tab order.

The tab order error has been fixed with this version.

When the form type "Report" was selected in Studio, save and delete actions could work. Even if the preset buttons were turned off, documents could be saved to the database with keyboard combinations (ctrl+S). Save and delete operations are blocked when the form type "Report" is selected on the design screen.

If the value was changed with another action while the multiple selection feature of the drop down box tool was active, the on value change action on the drop down did not work.

The problem has been fixed with this version.

When "Hide Column Heading" was activated from the list properties, an empty space as much as the hidden headings was created at the bottom of the list. The problem's been solved.

When an action containing "Request Information" was run before the Show Message action, the Show Message could not be displayed.

The problem with the Show Message view has been fixed in this version.

Headings containing numbers in the list query could not be added to the subtotal field. In this version, the subtotal error caused by the headings has been fixed.

When queries such as procedures and functions were added to the query field of the Kanban tool, an error was received. In this version, these query types were included in the query field of the Kanban tool.

When the opening type of the Open Form action was selected as "In New Tab", all actions were opened on the same tab. When more than one action of this type was used, each one would not open in a new tab. With this version, Open Form actions can be run on multiple tabs.

When adding fields to the grid, values ​​could not be entered when "Decimal Number" and "Integer" formats were selected. The problem detected in this version has been fixed.

The Configurator window could leave the browser boundaries and would not return to its previous state without refreshing the page. With this version, the window can be opened in the middle without refreshing the page.

While editing users' menus in the admin panel, when a title with a submenu was deleted, all linked menu titles were deleted without any warning. With this version, a confirmation has been added to the warning window if the menu title to be deleted contains a subtitle.

When the client language was Turkish, the titles in the tab fields of the form appeared in English. This situation was resolved after changing the language option on the Client screen. In this version, when you log in to the Client, Tab names are displayed according to the default language.

When the dropdown box multiselect feature was activated, the background color could not be changed with the "Change Properties" action.

With this version, the background can be changed when the multiselect feature is turned on.

The list and graphics on the screen opened as a subform were not updated with the action triggered when the form was opened. With this version, the list and graphics of the actions triggered when the Subform window is opened are updated.

When Form Only was activated from the Picture tool features, it was disabled and caused an error.

This problem has been fixed with this version.

Sending images with the Open Form Linked action was possible within the dimensions allowed by the browser.

Image adding control has been added to the "Validation" action.

The image field of the list selected in List Authorities was not visible in the "Fields" options. With this release, image fields added to list queries are included in form authorizations.

Although the Switch form tool does not have a Tab Order feature, it was entering the tab order in the Client. With this version, it has been ensured that the Client does not focus on the Switch tool during tab switching.

These fields were not appearing in the editing window due to the space in the aliases added to the query of the graphic form tool.

With this version, the error in queries has been fixed.

Ex. Select UserID , UserFullName as 'Username' from XPODA_CLIENT_USERS

The align buttons or CSS fields in the link tool were not working.

The problem has been fixed with this version.

Text lengths in the description fields in the Work Flow Information window were not shifting the list sideways and the texts were being written on top of each other.

The multiline error has been fixed with this version.

When the SQL Query field was empty, the font size of the numbers and texts on the Floating Box changed according to the maximum value on tool.

The problem has been fixed with this version.

When the form fields selected in the Decision tool were saved and opened for editing again, the field names changed. (Ex: Form_1_Txt_1)

The problem has been fixed with this version.

Queries run with the alias expression on the query screen were giving errors. When the + expression was used while creating a query on the design screen, when switching to the Query Builder screen with the query wizard button, the added + expressions turned into spaces and the query was corrupted. After preparing the query on the design screen, when you switch to the Query Builder screen with the query wizard button, the written query text turns into a single paragraph.

The above mentioned problems have been fixed with this version.

The "warning" and "information" options in the Message Type field in the action showed the same type of warning.

With this version, message templates suitable for these types have been added.

An error was received when special characters such as apostrophes were used in the send e-mail content with the assistant.

The special character problem has been fixed with this version.

While granting authorization to users on a module basis, the checked checkboxes were not activated until the row was clicked.

The problem has been fixed with this version.

After the responsive forms were copied, these tools were not visible on the Client screen when a new form tool was added to the copied form. In Studio, the label and form data entry fields appeared to be swapped.

Bugs detected with this version have been fixed.

The GetUserInformationCount method running in the client was recording unauthorized user access to the XPODA_ERROR_LOGS table.

With this version, the error of writing unnecessary records to the table has been fixed.

When detailed queries such as function, procedure or union were added to the query of the Picture List tool, it did not work.

The problem has been fixed in this version.

The "Store in File" feature in the Add File tool has been disabled for cloud users due to data security.

Among the criteria added to the file filtering field, those written after the 6th criterion were not included in the filter.

mimecheck with the web.config file could not check the .txt file type. In this case, txt file types could not be saved in the records.

With this version, the limit on the criteria has been removed. Direct recording of txt file type allowed.

Header menus were visible when opened with Condition Same tab and New Tab in the Open form New Action. (search tool and language option)

The title section of the forms opened with this action has been removed.

When the texts on the button were changed with the Update Value action, the icons on the button would disappear.

In this version, the Update Value action is prevented from updating the icons.

The "save view" feature in lists has been removed because it is not supported in the Gantt tool.

Security updates have been made to the client address URL.

In the Xpoda Lite mobile application, users were disconnected from the system due to time limits. With this version, users are enabled to stay online unless they specifically log out.

When the license update button was clicked on the client admin panel, the entire license could be canceled due to some reasons related to accessing the existing license in the system. When an error is detected, the error message in the system is displayed to users and the update process is stopped.

Disable Control action could be disabled when used in textbox and figure box components. It was noticed that this feature was not working in the check box component and it was enabled to work for this component.

It was determined that the height of the headings created according to week, month and year selections in the Timeline section of the Gantt components was adjusted independently of the TreeList on the left. The titles in the Timeline section were edited to address the CSS problem that occurred due to the date titles creating a dynamic height depending on their length.

Since the Goto URL action works depending on the textbox components in the form, URLs were generated as many as the number of textbox components in the form. An arrangement was made for this detected situation. When the dynamic URL text added to the action using the $P expression is used, the relevant textbox values are read and the URL is created once. If the URL is prepared by entering a constant value without using any textbox, it works independently of the textbox components.

A problem was detected when the module was opened with the New Module button and the browser tool was reloaded without exiting the form after the first registration in the form. Since application information could not be obtained while refreshing the browser tab, the project link was being updated incorrectly. When a new module is created, the application and module connection numbers encountered are recorded correctly in the system.

While dynamic queries were created using the $P prefix in the queries within the Object tools that control the decision of the Decision flow tool, the numerical value in $P was working differently in Turkish and English, causing errors. Numeric values in the client language are marked with “.” and ",", the correct results could not be transferred to the decision tool and the flow was stopped at this stage. The error caused by the values in the query texts added to the Object for the Decision tool being fractional numbers has been fixed.

The information in the module login request window opened on the Studio screen has been detailed. Company and project name added. Permission requests were sent to users for works left open in the relevant company and project.

When Right panel and new tab were selected in the Open form detail action, the saved data was not opened in the form. This action enabled the detailed form to be displayed in the Right Panel and New Tab, just like the New Window option.

The location of the Language option at user login has been changed. This option has been added to the top right of the screen for users who want to change the Language settings at Client login.

Added show/hide password icon in Studio, Support and Client password fields.

There were 3 criteria for changing the password of client users. A new addition has been made to these criteria. It has been made mandatory for new passwords to contain special characters. Four criteria are required for new and updated passwords given to users.

These actions were not included in the list where the linked actions added for ease of use were displayed under the Linked Actions List heading for developers in Studio. Mathematical Operations and Change Properties actions have been added to the action list where all actions related to the selected field are displayed.

Since the grid areas appeared variable due to the grid component added to the form, the Decision tool was terminating the flow in the flow it was connected to. This detected error was fixed. It has been ensured that the grid component added to the forms does not affect the Decision tool.

While the text (label) and value (textbox, figurebox ...) fields of the form tools were being prepared in a responsive structure, their places seemed to have been changed in the client view due to some arrangements between the lines. The data entry field was extending above the title and Studio developers could not edit this situation. This bug in the responsive line structure has been fixed.

Users were directed to the error window when they were kicked out of the system for various reasons, when they were removed from the system by the admin user, or when they logged in with the same user in another tab. In order to avoid a security vulnerability in the system, no error message will be displayed when users who are removed from the system want to perform a new operation or access another menu. Instead, users were directed to the Client login screen when they were detected to have logged out of the system.

When documents were added via query in the workflow, an attachment called "Document.pdf" with empty content was also sent, which should not be included in the email sent. This error has been fixed.

We aim to provide a better user experience with the new Xpoda Mobile Lite application. Xpoda users can start using the new application with version 3.2.

When using objects, if the object query contained $P and this field was a numeric field, the queries would produce errors. Therefore, the field within the object did not match the conditions and the flow did not continue with the decision selection. This error has been fixed.

When a file element (Add File) was used in a form, docx or xlsx was selected as the allowed file type, and the Mime Type Check setting was turned on in the Client settings, the Xpoda Client application became unresponsive and became unusable. This error has been corrected.

The error caused by the CSS changes made with the Chrome 120.* version update, which caused the window to not appear when copying the user menu from the admin panel, has been fixed.

When creating a public form link, a query can be written as $search=ValueField:TextToWrite in the URL query section. When this parameter is given, the fields with this name on the form receive initial values. This feature is used by many developers to select and load records as needed at the time of loading public forms.

However, when this URL was created as an embed and wanted to be used, this feature could not be used. You can now send search parameters when you use your public forms in embedded mode.

All you have to do is make the addition mentioned below in your embed code.

An email confirmation link error was occurring in the Send E-Mail action.

The resulting confirmation link appeared as HTTP. Actually, this link should have been created as HTTPS. This error has been fixed.

When sending e-mail from the workflow or assistant, the design file specified in the client folder was not sent.

As in the Send Mail action sent from the form, a design file should have been sent, but this design file was not sent at all. The error has been fixed.

Owner authority has been added to manage permissions.

On the client screen, a button to renew the password has been placed next to the Captcha field.

The flow has been arranged so that the email html content sent from the assistant and the form is sent via xpoda.html in the Xpoda Client\Uploads\Email folder. If you have your own html design, it should be named xpoda.html.

Even if the value in the checkbox was "True", if it was made unchangeable through the Change Properties action or form authorizations, the value "False" was recorded in the database. The problem's been solved.

In the mapping field of the "Open form linked" action, a text containing an apostrophe was sent blank to the opened form with the textbox. The problem's been solved.a

While uploading data from the file, the Upload button could be clicked more than once, and the data equal to the number of times clicked was copied and saved to the database. In order to prevent this situation, the Upload button while uploading records will remain inactive until the records are loaded.

Studio users with admin authority can authorize applications that other users can access.

The user password field has been removed from the screen accessible from the client admin panel. "Change Password" button added.

The password of the selected user can be changed by clicking the button.

When a new user is registered, the password window will open automatically.

Filters such as ".pdf,.jpeg" can be made in the Add file tool, but this filter was bypassable in the Client.

With the new setting added to Web.config and specific to version 3.0, when uploading a file, in addition to the requirement that the file have the file extension specified in Studio, the type scan of the file is also made to check that it is indeed the desired file type.

In this way, malicious users are prevented from bypassing the controls by changing the file extension at the time of installation (for example, changing the extension of the Exe file to PDF). " (NOTE: Current version 3.0 web.configs must be used.)

The "Error during page load" problem that may be encountered when switching between forms in Xpoda Client has been fixed.

In Open Form actions, passive modules and forms were selectable and caused confusion. Passive modules and forms will not appear with this version.

Modules created automatically with the "From a File" option could not be opened on the Client screen. The error encountered has been resolved.

The sizing problem of the switch element on the horizontal axis has been solved with version 2.14.

The use of the parenthesis () special character in the queries written inside the Xpoda List element caused the data not to appear in the list.

A new feature has been added for responsive forms to hide their spaces when the relevant element is hidden. By adding 2 new options, there will be no spaces in the hidden fields when the field is hidden. When we say show again, the relevant fields are shown.

If the save place of the printout designs is Database, it saves the printout designs, but since it is registered in the database, the report cannot be found and the form action cannot be printed. The related issue has been fixed.

When taking a printout created with the Open Print Design action with the Print action, the form elements used in the WHERE condition of the Open Print Design action could not use the Figures Box parameter values in the parameters. Fixed an issue with the Figures Box element.

If the Form Type is Report and the Table Name is Empty from the Form Properties, an error occurred when trying to create a new design. The problem has been fixed.

Fixed the "combobox" element not working in the application in the Safari web browser.

Since the files added to the Add File element were opened in the side tab, it was not possible to return to the form. With the improvement made, the added files are displayed on a new popup screen, not on the side tab.

When the files opened with the "File Menu" feature on the list element, it was not possible to return to the relevant form. When the files opened with the File Menu button are opened on the side tab, the browser back button was activated to return to the relevant form.

Save graphic settings for all users and delete saved view options have been added to the client screen.

Once the actions given on the form are recorded, their places cannot be changed again. The problem that the order of the actions cannot be changed after the first recording has been fixed.

When a file is requested to be accessed from the Attached File link, an encrypted URL is created to increase security and access to the relevant file is provided.

Some definitions that should have been written as Module on Xpoda Studio remained as Project. Revised as Module where relevant.

For example, in Open Form actions;

Fixed the problem that ten prem studio users who could not connect to the service could not login to the system.

The file on the add file element was lost when saving while the form refresh feature was turned on. This issue has been fixed.

Forms prepared using Create Public Link in Studio could not open the form because the user name and password information was not given before, and it was redirecting to the home page. When the prepared link is clicked, the relevant form is opened even if there is no login process before.

When the Add file element was edited with the Change Properties > Hide action, the field was hidden, but the file upload button was still working. When the element is hidden, the relevant field is also inactive.

"Done" message type with green background color has been added to the Show message action.

Mobile improvements made in Xpoda Lite application with Version 2.12;

It was ensured that the screens opened by giving size were opened as full screen in a mobile-friendly manner. In the use of form open actions, printing displayed from buttons on the form, flow, upload file button etc. In the opened screens, the mobile is displayed in full screen.

If the Form Name was given long, language change, buttons to open and close the menu were not displayed in the Xpoda Lite Application due to the width of the text. The related issue has been fixed.

Fixed the error that the application could not be logged in due to the return url error in Xpoda Lite login.

The separators of float and decimal fields in the list look different, which caused problems when exported to subtotal and excel. With the related fix, the subtotal works regardless of whether the field is float or decimal.

Confirm Selection and Refresh operations on the list element did not make any changes, the relevant options were removed.

Close option F10 was closing the list, this button was made to appear only when f10 list was open.

When the design file was prepared and e-mail was sent, it sent an e-mail, but the file path could not be found. The related bug has been fixed.

Mobile Xpoda Lite application has been prepared.

In the grid, when the List type option is selected, List can be opened on the client side with F10 or the magnifying glass. In this section, there was a problem that the list could not be opened and the related field had css corruption, these problems were fixed.

If there are too many column headers in the grid element, there is too much proximity between the columns and the headers could not be read properly. To fix this image, the "Field Length" value in the grid field authorization should be increased. In this way, the image distortion can be corrected.

Fields in the form could not be used with the expression " : " in the SQL field in the grid. The availability of $P expressions taken with " : " in the SQL field has been provided.

Fixed the Run Action action not working issue.

When right-clicking on the grid element, there were options such as group as in the list element, save the view, delete the saved view. These features were removed because they were not suitable for use in the grid. Only export to excel, export pdf and print options are available for grid.

In the Grid element, pdf export was displayed as a blank page, the related problem was fixed.

While recording on the grid with the Load CSV Data action, if too much data is transferred, a waiting time may be required depending on the size of the data.Since no warning was given during this process, users could think that no action was taken and try to perform the same action again or go to different screens. In order to prevent such situations, the waiting screen is provided while the recording is loading.

"Save when turned on" option was not working in Open Form (Linked) action, this problem has been fixed.When the "Save when turned on" option is activated in the relevant action, the form will be saved as soon as the linked form is opened.

When the "Record Selection List" is open in the Open Form (List) action, if there is an auto-expanding list in the form, the drop-down list opens narrowly, and the list is displayed correctly when the window size is changed. The problem has been fixed.

$P parameters could not be used in the link field in the Goto Url (Open Link) action.With the new development, the fields in the form are available in $P and the fields in the form in the url part.

Certain studies have been carried out before, regarding list values not appearing when special characters are used in list titles.

In addition to these works, corrections were made for ', (, ), % (single quotes, commas and percent characters).

(Linked form can be responsive or free form.) Display: Determines the visibility of the subform on the client screen. Module: The module of the subform is selected. Form: The relevant form of the subform is selected. Sub Form Mapping: It takes the matching information to the subform by matching the relevant fields in the form. Subform Grid element is not displayed in the form element.

SUB FORM REFRESH action "Sub Form Refresh" action can be used to update an empty subform element. It is the action used to refresh the subform element as an element added to the form. Value Area: The subform element to be updated is selected. Module: The module of the subform to be updated is selected. Form: To be updated The relevant form of the subform is selected. Sub Form Mapping: It maps the relevant fields in the form and takes the matching information to the subform. An empty subform element can be updated once with the "subform refresh" action. An updated subform cannot be updated again with a new refresh action.

After a form is deleted in studio, the first newly added form deactivates itself and cannot be assigned as a menu in the client. In this case, users had to reactivate their forms.With the new development, it has been fixed that the new form added after the form is deleted becomes passive.

Placeholder texts could be written in the "Infotext" part of the properties of the textbox element. In order to ensure that the relevant field changes according to the language, relevant arrangements were made in the other languages section of the textbox element. In this section, it is provided to write the infotext text that is requested to be displayed according to the active language of the client side.

ScreenWidth and ScreenHeight parameters have been added to the values taken with " : " in query fields.

ScreenWidth: Returns the width of the form in pixels.

Updated $POctopodGridActiveColName to $PXpodaGridActiveColName in values retrieved with " : " in query fields.

Custom css added to the list could not interfere with the list correctly. For example; margin-top was affecting the first line of the list, causing a space between the header and list lines. Fixed the issue with the custom css settings of the list.

In the confirmation element (Send to Approvel) in the flow, mail was sent to both the task window and the user's e-mail address in each confirmation. By activating this feature, no mail will be sent.

The query could not be written to the Decription field in the Send Approval element in the flow. The use of sql has been activated in the relevant field.

In case of problems with any object in the use of objects in the flow, then the objects created afterward were not working. By checking the status of each object separately, the situation that the problem experienced in any object affects other objects has been eliminated.

Even when no changes are made to the form, the save button flashes green when clicking Flow. Direct run doesn't work before the form had to be saved. This issue has been fixed.

While the database name was written in the Integration DB field in the module, when the wizard prepared a query from a table in the Integrations field, the name of the database was written directly. It works when $PEntDB$ is written manually, it causes an error because it returns quotes when taken with colons.

When querying from Integration Tables, the database name is provided as $PEntDb.

The icon color added to the form elements was not displayed on the client side, this problem has been fixed.

The error in the Previous & Next field has been fixed, the written query is made to work.

In the previous version, letters could also be entered in the number box, and the letters were deleted when exiting the field. This could break such actions when used with actions such as when the value changes. No letters can be written in the number box.

The menu of the desired user can be copied with the "Call Menu" operation in the client admin panel. When the menu is copied using the "Call Menu" operation in the client admin panel, the users whose menu is to be copied were arriving late. In order to avoid this delay, a search is provided after typing three letters from the user's name.

When clicking on the menus on the client screen, the selected Form name was displayed in the upper left corner. But this information was lost when the page was refreshed. This information is also displayed when the page is refreshed.

It could not return the search result according to Turkish characters due to uppercase and lowercase I-i letters in the Combobox element. This issue has been fixed.

Sub Total found the property in the List element, but it was not in the properties of the Open Form (List) action. With the related development, the use of this feature in the Open Form (List) action has been improved.

Add File and Grid elements are elements that can be used only once in the form.When these elements are added more than once, related warnings are provided in the studio.

A warning message is given to the Add File element when a new file with the same name is added in a single record.

The method selected in the DLL trigger area was not visible in the studio, although the related action did not lose the data when it was reopened. Users could experience confusion in this part. Fixed the issue where the selected parameters were not visible when the action was reopened.

With the Create new data object action, the object was created and the same number from the object was brought to only 1 of them when the 2 number boxes were pressed. This issue has been fixed.

When a new tab was opened, elements could not be added to the form until double-clicked on the form. This issue has been fixed.

"Download Image" option has been added to the options that appear when right-clicking on the image element, the image list and the image in the list.

Change properties and Clear Content actions did not have the option itself. The elements with these actions were also displayed in the fields field, allowing them to make changes on themselves.

When CSS type changes were made to Figures Box and Drop Down Box elements with the Change Properties action, the relevant changes were only displayed when the element was clicked. This issue has been fixed.

In order to hide the editing options of the Rich Text element and to show only the text, the "Hide Header" parameter has been added to the properties of the element in the studio. When the Hide Header parameter is activated, it closes the properties title of the rich text box.

Since the field type of the richtext element is not enough, the data type can be used as "text" in fields with table-length value greater than 4000 in richtext element and textboxes.

Warning messages on the Xpoda platform were constantly displayed in the upper right corner. With the new development, warning messages are provided according to the selection made from the studio.

In the use of the calendar, two new parameters have been added to the studio side that will enable the resize of the edit form opened when double-clicked to edit the data in the calendar. (Form Width/ Form Height)

Form Widht: Sets the width value when resizing the Edit form. Form Height: Sets the height value when resizing the Edit form.

The "close form" action cannot be used after saving in the form that opens when the calendar tool is double-clicked.

Knowing where, how and in what situation all the actions in the form are used will facilitate development. For this reason, with the new development made, when the form is clicked, all the actions in that form will be displayed in the "Linked Actions List" section.

When a new module is wanted to be created, when it is desired to continue by loading a module from the file, the button to continue did not appear on the screen, this problem has been resolved.

Printing without preview has been enabled by turning off the "Print Preview" button in report output designs.

Added Active/Passive options that can be used with the Change Property action for adding files and the Image tool. Using the change property action, the field to be changed is selected with "Fields" and the activity/passivity status is selected with the "Type" field. If the result from the SQL query is 1, the action works.

While you can only enter the module in spectator mode with the "Read Only" option, permission to enter the module can be requested from the developer inside with the "Access Permission" button. When the access permission button is clicked, the system starts a 30-second period for the inside user to respond. If the inside developer does not respond within 30 seconds, the system will automatically open the module with access permissions. The inside user can reject incoming access requests or accept the request and log out of the system. If the user accepts the login request, the system accepts the new developer into the module.

When a module was added from the file on the client side, the old module could be selected and updated or a new module could be added. "Application Selection" has been added to this screen. In this way, the location of the loaded project was determined.

The error related to domain name matching when finding a company has been fixed.

The problem of saving design files directly to the uploads folder has been fixed. Design files are now saved in the Uploads>ReportFiles folder.

Any module developed in Studio can be downloaded as a file by clicking the "Download" button from the module list. A module downloaded from another company can be installed with the "Module Upload" feature. Fixed the "Restricted Access" issue received in this case.
