Show Record Messages

This operation opens the messaging screen for the corresponding contact.

Properties

Description: Description related to action is written. When focused on action with the mouse, description info is displayed.

User: The user is written.

Linked List: A list within the form is selected. The information in the selected line of the corresponding list is processed according to the information.

Run Condition: If the value in the query entered in this field is “0”, the corresponding action will not run.

Request Confirmation: Select if the request confirmation will be used before running the action. If Request Confirmation is activated, the Confirmation Message feature is turned on and the message that will be displayed when requesting confirmation is written.

Example Used

To use this operation, Chat Actions property in the User Options menu of the Client main page must be adjusted. It is necessary to get authorization from Xpoda manager for these transactions to be active.

A button in the form has a Show Record Messages operation with When clicked event. It depends on a list of users. This is chosen from Linked List property. Thus, when the button is clicked, record messages are opened.
